Qld education minister Grace Grace is at odds with members of her own party over the place of scripture classes in govt schools. They want such classes treated as an elective, removed to before or after school or during lunch times .. but the minister is implacable. This, when the scripture
providers see schools as "mission fields" for harvesting. If you live in Qld and are as outraged as we are, please write to the minister (education@ministerial.qld.gov.au) to express your dismay at her intransigence.
